⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Honestly, this was the best day trip I’ve ever done! We spent the full day in Exuma celebrating my birthday, and it was absolutely worth every minute The boat wasn’t over crowded which made the whole experience feel so much more comfortable and personal.From the moment we got on the boat at Paradise Island, Captain Ricardo, Jasmine, and Joey were amazing. They were so attentive, friendly, and fun, and they really went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. They also took so many photos for us and shared historical information about the different places we visited which made the day even more memorable.We got to snorkel around the crash site of the Pablo Escobar drug plane off Norman’s Cay , swim with the sharks at Compass Cay, feed the iguanas, swim with the pigs, stop at Black Point for lunch and visit the sandbars . It honestly felt like we were checking things off a bucket list all day!The boat ride itself was a major part of the experience. Speeding across the open ocean seeing the beautiful clear water and just enjoying the day was such a vibe plus the fully stocked cooler was definitely appreciated everything from alkaline water, juices and several types of beer, plus plenty of snacks and munchies to keep you going.But honestly, the crew is what really made the trip for me. Captain Ricardo, Jasmine, and Joey made us feel so welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. I really didn’t want my day to ever end.If you’re debating whether to book an Exuma trip, BOOK IT!!!!!!!! and book it with BORN FREE CHARTERS ! this one of those experiences I’ll genuinely remember for THE REST OF MY LIFE. It was such a special way to spend my birthday, and I would absolutely do it again. I would recommend Born Free to anyone visiting The Bahamas. 10/10, hands down! 💙🌊🏝️🚤

From start to finish, our Exuma excursion was unforgettable. The stops were perfectly planned—seeing the iguanas up close, visiting the famous swimming pigs, relaxing on a gorgeous beach—and lunch was delicious and well organized. But what really made the day special was the staff. Rico Suarez, Rico Jr. and LJ were incredibly kind, fun, and attentive. They kept everyone safe and comfortable while making sure we were also laughing and enjoying every moment. You can tell they really care about what they do. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. If you're looking for a tour that's fun, interactive, and genuinely informative, I cannot recommend this excursion enough! My friends and I did this while docked in Nassau, and it exceeded every expectation. Our tour guide was the absolute highlight of the day. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and clearly loved what she does. We happened to have a smaller group that day, and she made the most of it. She had us give each other nicknames that we used throughout the day, and got us dancing and laughing throughout. She created such a warm, fun atmosphere the whole time. She was also really attentive to what we needed and gave us options along the way instead of just sticking to a rigid script, which made the experience feel personal. Since we were traveling with a cruise line, timing was a big concern, but she made sure we were back at port right on schedule, no stress at all. Overall, this was such a fun, high-energy experience, and my friends and I made memories we'll be talking about for years. If you're debating whether to book this tour, just do it! I highly, highly recommend! Also, the bus and places we went were air-conditioned, which was an amazing plus!!!

We had a great experience on the 9 hour tour with Cameio and Mario to the Exuma Islands. They were very kind and helpful making us feel at home. They offered snacks and drinks on board. We were able to see and feed the iguanas, swim and pet the sharks, and swim with the pigs. We also snorkeled! The clear blue water was spectacular! I would definitely recommend this 9 hour tour with Cameio and Mario! Well worth the money. We had a ball!

“Ya man” captains Ron and Al are the best!
Captains Ron and Alvin were the real deal “ya man”! They were so fun and really explained the exumas and all destinations we visited. They made each excursion (iguanas, pigs, sharks) fun by explaining what to do and not do and letting my daughter and I jump off the boat to swim with the pigs and sharks. Our best day of our entire visit in large part to their attitude and humor. Highly recommend both!!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Reel Dreams and would have zero hesitation booking a charter with them again.All pre and post booking communications were super quick. It was a very professional experience from top to bottom.We loved our captains, Lincoln and Chris! Our daughter had recent ACL surgery and they went out their way to accommodate her, which was VERY much appreciated. They made sure our entire experience was special.During the trip there wasn’t one thing we wished we’d thought of that they hadn’t already thought of for us. Like I said previously this was a very professionally run operation.A few days after our Reel Dreams charter we were approached on the beach by the “sales guys” selling all kinds of water activities in front of the “very large resort” we were staying at. They offered a short private boat charter. We bit on their sales pitch because it was so convenient and it was for a very short time. This was a major mistake. It was such a letdown after our fantastic experience with Reel Dreams.Do yourself a favor. Don’t get suckered into chartering a boat off the beach at one of the big resorts because it’s convenient. Book with Reel Dreams. It’s a much better experience your family will remember forever.

Information I wish I had before we went on this great trip.
This was a great experience for the family (22,19,14 yrs old) . It’s pricey but when you’re going 180 miles round trip I get it. A lot of people from Nassau fly to the Exuma islands so it’s very far. Our captain took us to two hots spots that are not typical for every trip to the Exuma islands. I missed out on a coupon code bc I didn’t call Pieces of 8 to find out what the current one is. I just booked directly online. Call first then book. The bubble bath and the sunken plane were the money spots. The sharks were very awesome too. The pigs and iguanas is fun but not the money. It depends on the currents and water conditions on where you can and can’t go. We didn’t get to see the sand bars as high tide was coming in. Cruising around the cays was pretty cool too. The boat is super powerful. 1200 hp engines. Water and the views is amazing everywhere there.The ride in the seas is something else. That was something I was not ready for. Be prepared for that and if that is something you are ready for. However the crew did not BS us that the ride was going to be very rough. In fact we were supposed to go a few days before and Pieces of 8 rebooked us due to weather. Super awesome crew led by captain “Jelly”. They were very informative super nice, helpful, top notch Service. When you’re back make sure you tip those guys well assuming you had the same top notch experience we had. The lunch was very mid but very cute restaurant on one of the island.Oh if you’re staying at Atlantis so convenient to get on and off the boat. You meet in the lobby at 7 they check you in then walk you over to the boats.Def the highlight of our trip to the Bahamas.
