Whilst visiting the Bahamas for the first time, I was desperate to experience the famous swimming with the pigs — something that had always been on my bucket list. However, I hadn’t realised quite how far away ‘Pig Island’ was! After reading through reviews, I found that Sandy Toes came highly recommended and offered a much shorter boat ride, so I decided to book.From start to finish, the day was absolutely fantastic and an experience I’ll remember forever. The team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout. I was particularly impressed with the safety measures they had in place, both on the boat and during the snorkelling trip, which made everyone feel comfortable and well looked after.The island itself was absolutely beautiful, and having our own private area away from the crowds of some of the other tours made the experience feel really special and exclusive. The whole day was very well planned and flowed seamlessly, whilst still giving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the island at our own pace.It was also lovely to see how well looked after the animals appeared to be. The staff were attentive to the pigs’ wellbeing, even applying suncream to them and making sure they weren’t left out in the sun for too long.Overall, I couldn’t recommend Sandy Toes enough. Swimming with the pigs was a bucket-list experience for me, and they made the entire day even better than I could have hoped for. A truly unforgettable experience!

The crew was amazing. They made everything so much fun. The food was great. The drinks were great. I haven’t had a more fun boat ride before this one.

Aqua Shores did a fantastic job. I snorkled, saw sea turtles, and visited the pigs. Also had lunch at a little place on an island by itself, really cute place. The guides were great. The pigs seemed well taken care of which was important to me. I wouldn’t change a thing, highly recommend.

This was so much better than I could have imagined. You start off by heading out in the boat to see the pigs. They have plenty of drinks in a cooler for you to enjoy. We are soda and water people but they also had Sands beer. I thought I was going to love pigs and don’t get me wrong they were cute but I got really excited with the amount of sea glass I found while at that beach. Yes the pigs poop but people scoop it instantly. Next we snorkled over a coral reef and it was amazing. They provide everything you need. Lunch was better than I had imagined . Bring a credit card or money along as you can buy additional items but honestly we chose the burger. It was huge and delicious. This was probably the most relaxing part of the trip. The turtles were neat. Reapply sunscreen at all island stops and enjoy.

We chartered a private boat with Aqua Shores for a couples day exploring Rose Island, and it was honestly the highlight of our entire trip. Captain Andrew and our mate, Dax, were incredible — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so much fun to spend the day with.We were lucky enough to see adorable 5 day-old piglets and swim with the pigs, had a fantastic lunch at Footprints, and snorkeled with sea turtles. We did the 4-hour excursion, which was plenty of time for the two of us, although we would absolutely do a full day with a larger group.The entire Aqua Shores team was fantastic from start to finish. The reviews were truly spot on — this is an absolute must-do in the Bahamas!

My family and I have booked with captain dillon many times and each time it has been Amazing . We went on a snorkeling trip last year when I had some relatives from over seas that came over. The boat was equipped with ice and also complementary rum punch and soft drinks along with light snacks(as requested). The most recent trip was this month and it was a fishing charter and it was great we moved around to different spots and snagged many fish, we also enjoyed the scenery and knowledge that captain provided about the surrounding area. Overall I would recommend everyone was very professional and on time . Our trip started at 9am and ended around 1/2pm on both occasions .

My girlfriend and I booked this last second (2 days before) on our Bahamas vacation, not knowing what to expect. Let me just say wow! The whole experience was awesome, fun, and worth every penny. The crew was welcoming, funny, and very caring about safety. We did the whole day trip, and it was worth it. The pigs were fun to play with, but the beach itself was calm and relaxing. Very warm waters with small fish everywhere. We were two of 30ish people that went, so it was very easy to relax and be on your own. Overall, we would definitely book this again if we come back to Nassau in the future!

We had an incredible experience on our 4-hour private charter with Aqua Shores! Captain Andrew and first mate Mason were knowledgeable, professional, and invested in making sure our family had a great time. They worked hard to put us on fish, answered all of our questions, and made the trip fun from start to finish. They were especially wonderful with our son, Grayson, helping fulfill his dream of catching fish in the Bahamas. It was one of the highlights of our vacation, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Highly recommend!

After what felt like calling a million different companies and feeling very discouraged by reservation departarts (lack of knowledge), we came across Aqua Shores based on a FaceBook recommendation. They were a breath of fresh air. They answered all of our questions and exceeded our expectations. There were 10 of us, ages 14-75. Surprisingly it was cheaper for us to get our own boat then do a group tour. Our captians were awesome, passionate, and exceeded our expectations. It was the highlight of our trip. We did the first tour of the day so we were first at each island stop before other boats arrived. It was like a private pig experience without crowds. They were even kind enough to pick us up at the Rosewood for an extra fee but it was well worth it! Highly recommend the Rose Island Boat tour and Aqua Shores!

We chartered a private boat with captain Andrew and first mate Mason. The first half was blue water fishing, and the crew were outstanding. We hauled in four tuna. Next, we spent the afternoon swimming with pigs, and turtles, snorkeling, having lunch and swimming. The crew were great, nice, and very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this tour.

This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to the Bahamas!Our family of four (my wife, our 14-year-old, our 7-year-old, and me) had an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Captain Missick and First Mate Dylan were absolutely incredible. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and they made us feel comfortable the entire trip.We snorkeled with colorful tropical fish and even sea turtles, which was an amazing experience for both of our daughters. The real surprise, though, was stopping at a private island where we were completely alone. It felt like our own little piece of paradise. The water was the clearest, most beautiful water we’ve ever seen, something you truly have to experience to believe.If you’re looking for an excursion that combines adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable scenery, this is it. More importantly, it gave our family memories that we’ll be talking about for years to come.Thank you, Captain Missick and Dylan, for making our vacation so special. We would book this trip again in a heartbeat!

Adam and crew are the best in the business. Always take amazing care of us when we book with them. Boats are super well kept and very modern. Couldn’t recommend anyone else.

This was hands down the best part of our vacation! The first mate went above and beyond! From start to finish, the crew made the day unforgettable. The boat was spotless and they knew all the best spots for fishing and snorkeling. The crew was also so nice and great photographers for our group! Everything felt personalized and was the highlight of our trip to the Bahamas. If you’re considering a private charter, do it!

I went with my two older kids and honestly it was the best experience we ever had our tour guide / captain Andrew shot out to you and the co-captain Andrew really knew stories about the island we went right in front of Gilligan’s Island and learned so much about it. Got to see the sea turtles and plenty of time to snorkeling and lastly chilled at a very amazing beach completely clear water and stopped for lunch and drink included with your package we got to chill in the waters and it was truly amazing
