The East End Tour with Hida was fantastic. Hida stopped many times, from Freeport to the East End, to show/explain various sites.The terrain changes as you drive further east. You do see the effect the natural disasters have had on pockets of wooded area.The stop at the pristine beach for a swim in the Atlantic was so refreshing. 👍👍If you are looking for a coastal tour of Grand Bahama, I recommend Hida’s East Side Tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The directions to the ferry were a little sketchy. The lady at the port gate seemed to have better directions than what were given from Cool Bahamas. We were informed that we were supposed to get an additional email with our tickets besides what we received. Luckily the people at the ticket counter were able to look up our tickets. After that everything was great. The ferry was awesome and the trip in general was pretty awesome. Next time we’re doing a multiple day stay.

Great excursion. Bimini bays but ended up on Grand Bahama. Definitely take cash, as the taxis cost money for the 30-minute ride to the beach and later for the return. Activities are also available for cash. The ferry ride was quite pleasant.

A lovely, relaxing tour and a great way to see Freeport. The Garden of the Groves was beautiful and peaceful, with lush greenery and waterfalls, while the city tour gave a nice insight into local life. Well organised, friendly guide, and perfectly timed from the port ideal for cruise passengers.

What a Great tour guide! The water was beautiful, and the guide was so gracious in answering all our questions. There was even stops for photos and to enjoy the water.

Garden of the Groves was very cool, not too much for an older person like me, took guided tour then plenty of time to walk around and see things that caught your eye in more detail and plenty of time for pictures without being rushed 😀

It was awesome, the water was so Cristall clear and white sand beach, and amenities were great. The overall trip was relaxing and perfect.

Cool Bahamas and Balearia may need to communicate a little bit because something was missing for the nice lady who checked me in. I’m not sure. I understand what the issue was, but she said there was something I was supposed to be sent, but wasn’t.However, whatever it was, she figured it out and printed a ticket for me. The crossing was smooth both ways and I had a lovely time on radio Beach.

My family had a wonderful New Year's Day on the Island with Hida. We toured the East End with her. She told us a lot about the history, culture and the great places to visit. At our last stop, Gold Rock Beach (which is so stunning), we had a delightful picnic lunch that Hida brought for us. She self baked the Bahamian bread that we made sandwiches with. She also surprised my oldest son with a birthday cake so that we could sing HBD to him. Hida added these thoughtful touches which made it extra special for us. My son had a lovely birthday! Hida, thank you so much for making our day so special and memorable!

Hida was very informative about the islands, took great pride in every effort to ensure her guests had a wonderful time/tour.

The final port of call on my Venezia cruise was to Freeport. I liked the improvements made to the port itself however there's not much to do there. I booked and excursion to Garden of the Groves and it was worth it. The bus picked everyone up and took people to the botanical garden. Upon arrival the tour began with the guide going into detail and the exhibits in the garden, as well as the history of it. At the end of the tour there were some shops run by local merchants. I highly recommend this excursion.

Merilyn, our guide was excellent and informative. The driver was also great with information and even circled around for a picture opportunity. This is not a 'beach trip".

The ferry trip was very nice and comfy. We could have used some info to help us self organize our way around the island.

Ferry To Bimini was good, I would recommend bringing a sweat shirt or blanket, they keep the boat chilly and looking up the directions before your visit- would have helped if the instructions were more clear on how to get to the ports!

The skipper of the boat was very funny and took his job very seriously. We've seen a lot of alligators. He also told us about the flora

Did a lot of research and found Hida. We wanted something custom and private. We wanted to see as much of the island in a limited amount of time. Hida didn’t disappoint. We told her some of our must do’s, and asked her for some of hers. This tour is a little pricey, but all of the Bahamas excursions are. Plus this is private.
