I wish all transport experience were like this one. Communication was always great and timely, vehicles were in great shape (and cool AC), drivers were courteous and nice, and most importantly, they were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be. Simon's Transports is an excellent service from/to Nassau airport. Emails and texts are great ensuring correct information was provided and pick-up times accurate. The drivers are courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable about the island. Texts with arrival and driver's name are provided in a timely manner. Both Civian and Jerry were fantastic drivers. If our plans take us back to Nassau, we will definitely use Simon's! It's the best way to travel!!
