Whilst visiting the Bahamas for the first time, I was desperate to experience the famous swimming with the pigs — something that had always been on my bucket list. However, I hadn’t realised quite how far away ‘Pig Island’ was! After reading through reviews, I found that Sandy Toes came highly recommended and offered a much shorter boat ride, so I decided to book.From start to finish, the day was absolutely fantastic and an experience I’ll remember forever. The team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout. I was particularly impressed with the safety measures they had in place, both on the boat and during the snorkelling trip, which made everyone feel comfortable and well looked after.The island itself was absolutely beautiful, and having our own private area away from the crowds of some of the other tours made the experience feel really special and exclusive. The whole day was very well planned and flowed seamlessly, whilst still giving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the island at our own pace.It was also lovely to see how well looked after the animals appeared to be. The staff were attentive to the pigs’ wellbeing, even applying suncream to them and making sure they weren’t left out in the sun for too long.Overall, I couldn’t recommend Sandy Toes enough. Swimming with the pigs was a bucket-list experience for me, and they made the entire day even better than I could have hoped for. A truly unforgettable experience!

Aqua Shores did a fantastic job. I snorkled, saw sea turtles, and visited the pigs. Also had lunch at a little place on an island by itself, really cute place. The guides were great. The pigs seemed well taken care of which was important to me. I wouldn’t change a thing, highly recommend.

This was so much better than I could have imagined. You start off by heading out in the boat to see the pigs. They have plenty of drinks in a cooler for you to enjoy. We are soda and water people but they also had Sands beer. I thought I was going to love pigs and don’t get me wrong they were cute but I got really excited with the amount of sea glass I found while at that beach. Yes the pigs poop but people scoop it instantly. Next we snorkled over a coral reef and it was amazing. They provide everything you need. Lunch was better than I had imagined . Bring a credit card or money along as you can buy additional items but honestly we chose the burger. It was huge and delicious. This was probably the most relaxing part of the trip. The turtles were neat. Reapply sunscreen at all island stops and enjoy.

My husband and I loved every minute of this tour. The boat, Captain Sid, Mates Devon Wilson. Snorkelling was amazing, lots to see , we didn’t see much in the way of the turtles but Rose Island is absolutely stunning and it was fun to see and feed the swimming pigs . Lunch was delicious on a beautiful beach and great place . Wish it would have lasted longer.

This experience was a 10/10. We got to do a little bit of everything. We swam with the pigs , rode a jet ski , did the banana boat and they even fed us food. Not finger food either. Burgers wings fries etc. The workers were so nice. Love this excursion definitely recommend everyone to do this !!!

Four of us took this tour on August 15th, 2026. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The operator was extremely communicative prior to the tour and answered all my questions. They provided perfect instructions on how to get to the pickup point. Once there, it was a short wait for the shuttle to arrive.The equipment was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. D icing was fun and the instructions were clear. Our tour guide, Emmanuel, was a fun and knowledgeable guide. He directed us around the city very well and we felt safe at all times even though none of us had driven/ridden on the left side of the road before.Emmanuel took us to some very fun and interesting locations. He even deviated from the tour slightly when I asked about the best place to buy some local rum. We stopped at a local store that was on the way back so that I could buy some that I could not get anywhere else.If you’re considering this experience, stop considering and just book it already!!

Worth the Money!
My girlfriend and I booked this last second (2 days before) on our Bahamas vacation, not knowing what to expect. Let me just say wow! The whole experience was awesome, fun, and worth every penny. The crew was welcoming, funny, and very caring about safety. We did the whole day trip, and it was worth it. The pigs were fun to play with, but the beach itself was calm and relaxing. Very warm waters with small fish everywhere. We were two of 30ish people that went, so it was very easy to relax and be on your own. Overall, we would definitely book this again if we come back to Nassau in the future!
