Perfect day for my parents!
Simone was simply wonderful! I booked this trip for my parents who are in their late 70s. My mother has had recent cancer treatment (remission now) and is legally blind in one eye. My father is hearing impaired and is definitely feeling his age. But they wanted to do something special to celebrate Mom's remission. So we booked them a cruise in the Yacht Club section on MSC. Their only stops were the private island and Nassau, so I felt they would be reasonably safe. My big concern was Nassau. Finding Simone was a true blessing!Simone called me personally the day before they arrived and went over their itinerary for the day. She re-assured me that their tour would be private and everything would go at their pace. She gave very specific instructions on how they would need to find her.They texted me when they found her and reported that she was wonderful. She created a day that was perfect for them and they had a ball! They said she was very kind and was SO knowledgable. She even sent me pictures.I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Simone!

Anita was a great tour. We tour almost all of Nassau. She was pleasant to be with. Her restaurant was under renovation, but the spots she took us to for lunch was excellent. She was on time for pick up.

Amazing views of the islands, captain Keith was very nice to wait for us getting there late. We had a nice bottle of bubbly with a tasty charcuterie platter. He took us gently towards the sunset and was very nice to drop us off at the nearest pier to our condo. I left my glasses on the boat and he kindly drove it to our place after he got off work.
