This was my family's first time using Simon's Transport. Great overall experience. From initial prior to arrival to pick up from the airport, the communication was topnotch. Our chauffeur, Dwight, was very polite and efficient. Great customer service! The SUV that he picked us up in was very clean. Pricing was fair and within reason. I recommend that you use Simon's if traveling to Nassau.

We had an amazing experience from Sirus picking us up to MJ being an awesome tour guide. They were the friendliest people we had honestly met since we arrived in Nassau. MJ is a great tour and showed us the real island experience. We travel a lot and have high expectations from our tour guides and MJ did not disappoint! We will be back and do this tour again.

Captain Rubin and Andrew were fantastic. They were so accommodating and made our day perfect. We had a private charter and they brought us to where the turtles swim and it was simply amazing. They were fun and shared a little history with us as we cruised along the shore. I would highly recommend them and when we come back again in a few months we will use them again. We had 4 of us and the boat was perfect. They even had a great lunch brought in for us that was local food and delicious. A relaxing and fun filled day for all of us.

Natasha was incredible and helped me and my children in more than one way. Not only was she friendly and kind she also went the extra mile big time. Being a single mom of two young children I had accidentally got sidetracked and left my phone in the car after being dropped off at the airport. I had reached out but had no luck as far as trying to get the phone back. I flew back to the states. Then my sister received a text message and it was Natasha saying she had my phone! Natasha wrapped it up and took it to DHL for me and it was just delivered! She was such a blessing! What a great experience!
