Nassau Port Transfers

Simone was simply wonderful! I booked this trip for my parents who are in their late 70s. My mother has had recent cancer treatment (remission now) and is legally blind in one eye. My father is hearing impaired and is definitely feeling his age. But they wanted to do something special to celebrate Mom's remission. So we booked them a cruise in the Yacht Club section on MSC. Their only stops were the private island and Nassau, so I felt they would be reasonably safe. My big concern was Nassau. Finding Simone was a true blessing!Simone called me personally the day before they arrived and went over their itinerary for the day. She re-assured me that their tour would be private and everything would go at their pace. She gave very specific instructions on how they would need to find her.They texted me when they found her and reported that she was wonderful. She created a day that was perfect for them and they had a ball! They said she was very kind and was SO knowledgable. She even sent me pictures.I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Simone!

It was such a great experience! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were timely, communicative, the rum punch was amazing, tour stops were insightful and yummy. Our bachelorette party had a fantastic time. Absolutely recommend booking!

We loved our Jeep Buggy tour, it was a lot of fun and Jinnette was super helpful and gave us lots of tips about the island. We recommend it.

Great company. They have the best customer services. 10 out of 10 must come again. Jinnette is the best. If you’re ever in Bahamas I recommend going Atv riding through the beautiful Bahamas.

Wonderful experience and well worth the money! We had someone pick us at, at our hotel and bring us to the boat. His name was Ken. He also drove us to the caves and gave us a lot of history on them. He was a wonderful tour guide and taught us so much about the Bahamas. Rose Island was beautiful. We fed and played with the pigs, went jet skiing, paddle boarding, banana boat rides and drank rum punch. The staff were freindly and very helpful. I highly recommend this excursion.

We were visiting Nassau on as a cruise port and decided on this excursion. Ken had great communication on WhatsApp before the excursion even began. We were picked up right on time and taken to Margaritaville restaurant, where the boat then picked us up to go to see the pigs. The boat right was fun and the captains were friendly and knowledgeable. Once on the island, there were quite a few activities to do in addition to the pigs. After a couple hours, we were picked up again and met Ken in downtown. Ken took us to the caves and gave a tour of the island while on the way. Overall, I would recommend this as a fun experience in Nassau.

We had the best experience ever with Clemente. We used him for transport three times and also a three hour city tour. He was friendly, reliable, very reasonable priced, and an expert in the Bahamas. My kids loved being around him as he was so engaging. Going with anyone else on your vacation would be a mistake. Trust me!

My most memorable parts of my experience was the people. The encounters that we had from the locals to our guide Simone was absolutely pleasant. The whole tour was personal and informative. The food at the fish fry didn't disappoint. Looking forward to our next return.

Our ship did not make it into port. They refunded our complete excursion. We look forward to going on this excursion next time we are in the Bahamas. Thank you for being a class act!

The vehicles were clean and roomy. The driver to the resort was very friendly and professional. Michael was our driver to the airport. he was at the resort ahead of our scheduled pickup time. At the airport as he took us to our airline check in line. He thanked us for using his services. I would recommend them to anyone coming to Nassau Bahamas. The price they quoted was the price they charged also very convenient because we have a vacation home as well in the Bahamas and things can be very pricey

I could not possible recommend Bluwave trancport enough! Drivers were courteous and professional and on our trip from the airport made sure to point out local interests to check out during the trip. I would have never checked out the Fish Fry if not for my directed recommendation and that turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip!

I am a travel agent that just hosted my first group cruise on the MSC Divina. I was looking for a private tour for my group while docked in Nassau, and found Richie’s Transportation here on Cool Bahamas. After reading the excellent reviews I decided to reach out to them...and I am so glad that I did! Not only were they professional, prompt in responding, and accommodating, but they also offered me an amazing value for the money. I was able to customize a tour that was better than anything I saw in the cruise line excursions.Shanell (my new sister from another mister) called me on the morning of the tour ready to go. She was exactly where she said she would be, and the bus was immaculate. She and the driver were so friendly and made the tour fun for everyone. Our group ranged in ages from 4 to 65. We had the right amount of time at each stop, and they even helped us with our group pictures. I had requested a stop at the world famous Fish Fry. Shanell took things a step further and arranged for us to go to Frankie’s Gone Bananas. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! The fish was so fresh, and everyone in the group loved it.Richie’s Transportation will be my go-to provider anytime I go to Nassau. I could not be happier with their service. They represent Nassau so well. Thank you so much for making our tour so memorable.

We had a great time on this trip and the excursion was worth the price. We were picked up at the ship by our wonderful guide who took us to our boat to the piggy island. We were able to do jet skis and other activities, and we got to feed and hold the piggies. The cave tour was short but super cool as well.

What an amazing experience! I booked this excursion for my brother and me through Cool Bahamas and everything about this activity was nothing short of amazing. From the easy communication with Salvan to the activity itself. Once I booked the trip, Salvan immediately sent me a message regarding pickup time and what I needed to bring on the excursion. Once we were picked up, we were able to enjoy a variety of activities such as snorkeling in the clear ocean, swimming with the pigs, jet skiing, riding a banana boat, exploring the caves, and getting a tour of the city (which was a surprisingly nice bonus that i didn’t know was included!) I highly recommend booking this excursion . I cannot thank Salvan enough for being such a wonderful tour guide!
