Book a tour that ends at least an hour before all-aboard. If a delay on that tour ever makes you miss your ship, Cool Bahamas pays to get you to the ship’s next port of call, including a hotel if you need one.

Your cruise card and a photo ID: you need both to get back on board. Bring your booking confirmation (on your phone is fine), comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a hat and a little cash for tips.

Most shore excursions can be canceled free up to 24 hours before they start (Freeport time). A few tours have a different policy, and each tour page shows its own. Cancel under Bookings in your account, or call us. If your ship skips Freeport, you get a full refund, except on bookings marked All Sales Final.
If your tour is canceled because of the weather, we’ll offer you another time that day that still fits your ship. If there isn’t one, you get a full refund or, if you prefer, the same amount toward an excursion at another port of call. Bookings marked All Sales Final are not refunded.
